Use of Fidelity Concierge is limited to approved members and authorized administrators.
Individual accounts
Access is personal, tied to the approved email and may not be shared, transferred or used on behalf of another person. Invitation and verification codes must be kept confidential.
Protected information
Members may not copy, publish or distribute private event details, member information, resources, opportunities or consumer-related information except where the platform expressly permits it.
Availability
Experiences, privileges and opportunities are limited, may change or expire, and are not guaranteed. Requests do not constitute approval, assignment or a contractual commitment.
Security
Fidelity may suspend access, revoke credentials or investigate activity when needed to protect members, consumers, partners or the platform.
